A growling beast snarls at the trees
Its claws ripping leaves and breaking branches
The mighty oak and this invisible beast
Tussle in the darkness.
This beast cannot be tamed by man
It destroys what it wants
It goes where it wants
It cannot be restrained
This rampant beast on its path of destruction
He does not do so mindlessly
A purpose to his violence shines
When a small seed carried by him; blossoms to a new mighty oak.
